Chromate Conversion Coating

Alodine

Known also as chem film or Alodine, this chromate conversion coating is applied only on aluminum surfaces. Each piece receives a chemical cleaning to prepare surface for application. Provides corrosion protection and can give paint a great base. Gold and Clear finishes are available in this process. This process is continuous and free from powdery areas, scratches and breaks and so forth.

The process can meet all Mil-Spec requirements including but not limited to:

• Mil-C5541
• Class 1A or Class 3
